Unlike other plans, which favor immediate withdrawal, this plan favors reduction in offensive operations, reducing troop numbers; which is the opposite of the current plan, declaring the true intentions of the occupying force and stating why we are there and when we will leave, promote basic health standards by restoring services ; although the White House claimed that this was done already.
